Need Help?

If you need help placing an order or have questions about the cards, please e-mail help@survivalbydesigncards.com. You will receive a response within 1-2 days. If you need immediate assistance, please call 401.861.0224. If it is the weekend, your call may not be returned until Monday.

Special Orders

If you would like to create a special boxed set of 8 or more cards of different styles, please send an e-mail with your request to orders@survivalbydesigncards.com. A boxed gift set can be assembled to suit any occasion. If you have other special requests, feel free to ask and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Once you buy it, it’s yours so either love it or give it away.
We don’t want it back.

Payment & Shipping

Our online shop uses PayPal. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via the shipping method that you select upon checkout. Whether you choose First Class or Priority Mail, we will send you a confirmation number as soon as it ships. Survival By Design Cards uses the USPS in Providence, RI. For the record, First Class Mail has a standard delivery rate of 3-5 business days and Priority Mail should arrive in 2-4 days. However, we take no responsibility for the USPS or how accurately it adheres to these standards. If you would like to pick up your items in Rhode Island, please send an email to orders@survivalbydesigncards.com.

How Green Are We?

In case you’re wondering, our design/production studio elects to have 100% renewable energy through our electric company’s GreenUp service. And we recycle everything…including ideas. Currently, each card is handmade. Unless we get a really big order, then all bets are off.
